Name of the Posts: Senior Scientific Officer (SSO)/ Senior Research Fellow (SRF)




Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess First class M.Tech in Earth System Science/ Atmospheric Science/ Climate Science and etc., with minimum 3 years research experience or First class M.Sc in Atmospheric Science/ Atmospheric Physics/ Earth Science and etc., with 2 years experience in relevant field , Ph.D in relevant field for SSO Post, First class M.Sc or equivalent in Atmospheric Science/ Atmospheric Physics/ Earth Science/ Meteorology an etc., with minimum 2 years research experience, experience in land surface modeling for SRF Post.




Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Interview.




Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 50/- (not for SRF and female candidates) through Demand Draft in favor of IIT Kharagpur payable at Kharagpur.
