Name of the Post:



1. Assistant Superintendent (Finance): 08 Posts



2. Assistant Superintendent (HR): 02 Posts.




Age Limit: Candidates age should be 33 years for ST, 31 years for OBC, 28 years for UR for Sl no 1 Post, 31 years for OBC, 28 years for UR for Sl no 2 Post as on 30-06-2014.




Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess minimum qualification of Intermediate examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India for Sl no 1 Post, Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) or Graduation in any discipline with Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Law and Labour Welfare/ BSW/ BA (Social Work)/ BA (Sociology) from recognized University/ Institute for Sl no 2 Post.




Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on written test & interview.




Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- drawn in favour of Goa Shipyard Limited, payable at Vasco-da-Gama, Goa and no fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ EXS candidates as per govt of India rules.

1. Before applying online candidates have to scan Passport size color Photograph with light background (preferably white) without any obstacle covering/ obstructing the face and eyes with size below 450 kb.



2. Signature should be on a plain white paper with black ink and digitized with size below 450 kb, caste certificate, birth certificate, highest education qualification proof, testimonial in support of candidate’s experience.

4. Click on Careers.



5. Click on appropriate post you want to apply.



6. Read the instructions carefully and click on Continue.



7. Fill all the details and upload scanned photo, signature, etc.



8. After filling all the details click on Submit button.



9. After submission of application, take print out of application and send to the above mentioned address.
