Review on IBPS PO-V Prelim Exam held on 03.10.2015 : Analysis

Going to appear for IBPS PO CWE-V 2015 preliminary exam. The PO-V online exam has been started from today (3rd October). As usual, at the end of the day we are here to share review and analysis on IBPS PO-V online prelim exam held on October 3, 2015.

You know that there are 3 subjects in prelim exam which are Quantitative Aptitude, English and Reasoning. We are giving here subject-wise detailed analysis.

Reasoning :

The reasoning section was moderate. There were total 35 questions. 

1. Inequalities - 5 Questions
2. Syllogism - 5
3. Row puzzle - 5
4. Combination puzzle - 5
5. Sitting Arrangement (circle) - 5
6. Coding/ Decoding - 5
7. Others - 5

Quantitative Aptitude :

This section was quite tough. The questions were too lengthy and hence time consuming. 35 Questions were there.

1. Data Interpretation - 10
2. Number Series - 5
3. Inequalities - 5
4. Approximation - 5
5. Miscellaneous (Profit/ loss, time & work, SI & CI etc.) - 10

English Language :

Section was moderate. There were 30 questions in this section.

1. Passage - 10
2. Cloze test - 5
3. Rearrangement  - 5
4. Error Correction - 5
5. Fill in the blanks - 5

Today's IBPS PO-V prelim question paper was quite tough as usual. In average one can attempts 55-60 questions within stipulated time (1 hour!). It is very tough to solve more than 60 questions.
