Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 35 years as on 18-09-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.




Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS & PG Degree/ Diploma in concerned specialty or 2 years experience in concerned specialty after MBBS.




Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of interview.




Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.300/- through Demand draft drawn in favour of ESIC Fund Account No:1, payable at Vapi. SC/ ST & Female candidates are exempted from fee.




How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications along with attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, attempt certificate, MCI/ State registration category, experience certificate, demand draft etc & other relevant documents to the Medical Superintendent, ESIC, Chanod, Silvassa Road, Vapi, Dist Valsad, Gujarat on or before 18-09-2014 & attend for interview along with biodata, originals & attested copies of age proof, qualification certificates/ mark sheets, attempt certificate, MCI/ State registration category, experience certificate, demand draft, 2 recent passport size photographs & other relevant documents at Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Vapi on 18-09-2014 at 9:00 AM.
