1. Gram Sevak: 09 Posts



2. Health Worker (Male): 14 Posts



3. Health Worker (Female): 20 Posts




Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-38 years as on 15-09-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.




Educational Qualification: Candidate should pass SSC with 60% marks or equivalent, Diploma in any subject or BSW for Post No.1, SSC with Training course in relevant field for Post No.2 and SSC with ANM Course for Post No.3.




Selection Process: Candidate would be selected based on their performance in written examination and interview.




Examination Fees: Candidates have to pay the examination fee of Rs.75/- for reserved category in the form of Bank Challan payable at any branch of State Bank of India.




How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates can apply online through the website www.zpgadchiroli.org or http://ift.tt/1pe1obh. After submission of online application, take print out of two copies and send one copy along with relevant documents in support of age proof, educational qualification, bank challan and other relevant certificates to the District Secretary of the Department of the Selection Committee Members, Gadchiroli, Pin-442605, through post from 25-08-2014 to 15-09-2014 till 05:45 P.M.
