GMCH Chandigarh Recruitment 2014 – Apply Online for ECG, Medical Lab Technician Posts: Government Medical College & Hospital (GMCH), Chandigarh has issued a notification for the recruitment of ECG Technician, Medical Lab Technician vacancies of Para Medical Staff on temporary basis. Name of the Posts:

1. ECG Technician: 01 Post

2. Medical Lab Technician: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18-25 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10+2 with science, one year experience in ECG work in a medical Institution/ Hospital for Sr.No:1 Post, B.Sc Medical Lab Technology or 0+2 Vocational course in MLT with 4 years supervised professional experience including apprenticeship of any in atleast 200 bedded hospital/ institution for Sr.No:2 Post.

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of written test, interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.250/-, Bank Charges if any for SC Candidates, Rs.500/-, Bank Charges, if any for all other category candidates through Challan form at any Branch of State Bank of India in the “Power Jyoti” account of GMCH. After depositing the fee candidates must ensure the Triplicate Fee payment Challan with Journal No/ Challan No given by the bank on it. Ex-servicemen, Physically Handicapped and the candidates whose name are sponsered by the Regional Employment Exchange are exempted from Application fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.gmch.gov.in on or before 22-08-2014 upto 1:00 PM.

Instructions to Apply Online:

1. Log on through the website www.gmch.gov.in.

2. Click on the “Vacancies” —> Select the appropriate position applied for.

3. Read all the instructions carefully.

4. Before applying online candidates have to scan the copies of photograph in the prescribed format.

5. Click on the “Online Application Form for the post of ECG Technician, Medical Lab Technician grade-I”.

6. Fill the details of the application form carefully.

7. Upload the copies of photograph.

8. Submit the application form an unique registration code will be displayed on the screen.

9. Now pay the application fee on next working day in any branch of State Bank of India .

10. Again revisit the website and enter the Challan Number.

11. Submit the form and take the printout copies of application form for future use.
