Name of the Post: Administrative Assistant




Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 28 years. Age relaxation will be 5 years for Govt servants, SC/ ST & PWD candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates will be applicable as per rules.




Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Graduation degree in any discipline with English, typing speed of 40 wpm & computer certificate (MSCIT) or Diploma in Computer Applications.




Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.




Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.100/- through demand draft drawn in favour of Director. SC/ ST, Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees




How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications along with attested copies of demand draft, age proof, all qualification certificates/ mark sheets, degree certificates, experience letters, address proof, (Copy of Ration Card/ Passport/Driving License/ Bank Pass Book/ Electricity, Telephone Bill/ Leave and License Agreement Copy for rented house), proof for change of name (Gazette Copy) and proof of caste certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC (Non Creamy Layer) to National AIDS Research Institute, 73, ‘G’ Block MIDC, Bhosari, PB.1895, Pune-411026 on or before 02-05-2014.
