Government of India, Ministry of Defence, Heavy Alloy Penetrator Project (HAPP), Tiruchirappalli-620025 invites applications from from Indian Nationals for the post of Machinist-Semi Skilled, Fitter and Electroplater. Pay Scale: PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.1800/- + Other Admissible Allowance.

Age Limit: 18 to 32 Years.

Age Relaxation -> 05 Years for SC; 03 Years for OBC; For PH Candidates - 32 Years plus 10 years in case of UR 37 Years plus 10 Years in case of SC 35 Years plus 10 Years in case of OBC.

Educational Qualifications: National Council of Trades for Vocational Training (NCTVT). Certificates in the relevant trade failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma / Certificate holder. National Apprenticeship Certificate and National Trade Certificates issued by NCVT in the relevant trade will only be accepted as essential qualification. Degree and Diploma in Engineering can not be accepted as qualification to Semi Skilled Posts.

Selection Process: Written Test of 100 marks and Trade Test (Practical). Written test shall be fully objective type and OMR based, The Trade test (Practical) [Language for Written Test / Trade Test - Hindi/ English/ Tamil].

Telephone Operator -> 12th Pass. Proficiency in handling of PBX. Board and Electronics Exchanges.

Fireman -> Matriculation. Must have completed basic course (at least 06 months) on elementary fire fighting from any recognized Institute from State govt (or) Central Govt.

Durwan -> 10th / Matriculation or equivalent pass.

Selection Process: Written Test, Measurement of Physical Standards, Endurance Test.

Application Fee: Candidates must send Application Fee in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order /Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of The General Manager, Heavy Alloy Penetrator Project, Tiruchirapalli - 620 025 for Rs.50/- payable at Tiruchirappalli. The postal order / Demand draft should be issued after the date of publication of the advertisement.

How To Apply: Applications on the prescribed format. Completed applications along with Copies of all documents ie., Date of birth certificate, Educational qualification certificates, mark sheet, caste certificates, Ex-serviceman certificates, physically handicapped certificates etc., duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should be enclosed with the application. No originals should be sent. In the case of OBC candidates , the caste certificate should be the latest and include the clause of non-creamy layer.
