JNU Recruitment 2014 – Apply Online for Section Officer, Personal Asst Posts: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has released notification for recruitment of the Section Officer and Personal Assistant Posts. JNU Vacancy Details:

Total No. of Posts: 22

Name of the Posts:

1. Section Officer: 11 Posts

2. Personal Assistant: 11 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 40 years for Post No.1 and 35 years for Post No.2. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess University Degree for Post No.1 and Sr. Sec. School Certificate (10+2) with proficiency in shorthand with a speed of 120 w.p.m. and two years experience as Stenographer for Post No.2.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written test, stenography test and interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.300/- in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, JNU” payable at New Delhi. No fee is payable in respect of SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.jnu.ac.in. After submission of online application, take printout of the hard copy, i.e. signed copy of the online application and send along with the prescribed application fee, one passport size photograph (pasted on the hard copy of application duly signed across) and self-attested copies of the certificates of educational qualifications, date of birth, experience, caste, PWD certificate, ID proof of residence etc. to Dy. Registrar (Admn.), Room No. 310, Administrative Block, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Mehrauli Road, New Delhi-110067 on or before 07-04-2014.

2. Click on the online application, read the notification carefully.

3. Click on the application form beside the desires post.

4. Fill the application form with all the detials and submit.

5. After submission of application form, a Unique Identification Number will be generate.

6. Take print out of the application form and send it as mentioned above.
