Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Assistant General Manager (F&A) -> CA / ICWA Final Passed. 8 Years relevant experience.

Senior Manager (F&A) -> CA / ICWA Final Passed. 5 Years relevant experience.

Manager (F&A) -> CA / ICWA Final Passed. 01 Year relevant experience.

Assistant General Manager (HR) -> Degree with Two Years full time or Three Years Part-Time Post Graduate Degree in MBA / MPM or relevant field. At least 9 Years Experience.

Senior Manager (HR) -> Degree with Two Years full time or Three Years Part-Time Post Graduate Degree in MBA / MPM or relevant field. At least 5 Years Experience.

Manager (HR) -> Degree with Two Years full time or Three Years Part-Time Post Graduate Degree in MBA / MPM or relevant field. At least 3 Years Experience.

Deputy Chief Security Officer -> Degree in Law / Engg. / 2 Years Post Graduate Degree. Diploma in Management / Adm. Minimum 20 Years Experience.

Deputy Manager (F&A) -> Degree with Two Years full time or Three Years Part-Time Post Graduate Degree in MBA / MPM or relevant field. No Experience necessary.

Deputy Manager (HR) -> Inter CA / ICWA with 01 Year relevant experience (OR) MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 3 Years relevant experience.

Junior Security Officer / Junior Vigilance Officer -> Any Degree. Must be either serving or ex-Police Officer of the minimum rank of Head Constable (OR) Serving or ex-non commissioned officer from Army, Navy or Air Force or of equivalent rank.

Selection Process: Online Written Test & Personal Interview.
